About Adriane

"Rocky Top, You'll always be home sweet home to me....Good Ole Rocky Top... Rocky Top Tennessee!!!"Those words have help shaped the spirit of Tennessee and it is with that spirit that many have recognized the beauty of the south. Good food, meaningful music, faith, family and tradition. And the south is an amazing place: beautiful all season weather, steady pace, and plentiful.  I am proud and thankful to be from the south for so many reasons: sports (KY, TN, GA, AL, TX, FL, SC, MO, LA) food, the heat...on some days...

Today, I serve the community by offering the best of myself. My goal is to provide an opportunity to serve you by listening to your needs, diligently working and bringing solutions.  My promise is to communicate with you in a timely and efficient manner, show you ALL of your options, help you connect with a financier,  and represent you with your best interests in mind. Helping clients find the perfect home for their needs is the prime reason I chose this career.  Anybody can hustle a house, but it takes desire to help you find a home. Berkshire Hathaway is a wonderful company to help me in helping you.  We offer a full-line of services, resources and products.  I have access to everything needed to help you be successful in finding the perfect property: residential or commercial.

Originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, Ms. Adriane Wiley-Hatfield is a graduate of Northeast High School and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with concentrations in Mass Communication and Advertising/ Marketing.  After college, she worked as a consultant for DDC Advertising and Public Relations in St. Louis, Missouri.  In 2002, she returned to Tennessee, to help her family part-time as a property manager for her father’s rental business and worked full-time as a Foster Care Case Manager for the State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services.  She was able to work all facets of the Department including Child Protective Services, Juvenile Justice and Central Intake during her 10 years of service.  Over the next few years, she continued her career in social work as Probation Officer for Montgomery County.  In 2014, she began working with a company under The Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.  However, in 2015 the company downsized….

Ms. Hatfield had been working in a humanitarian social work environment for 15 years and even though being downsized was a crushing blow, it allowed an opportunity to evaluate and reflect.  For her, being downsized turned into an opportunity to become a better version of herself.  She took what she loved and found a way to make ends meet.  She loved the arts and creativity, working with children and being active.  Ms. Hatfield did plays at the Roxy Theatre where she performed in the “Vagina Monologues” and “Doubt”.  She also did a few appearances for an extra in Kurt Hahn’s movie “Deadline” and did some extra work for the television show “Nashville”.  She played guitar and read poetry, made clothes and did alterations.   She and her sister began the “Galen T. Wiley Foundation For Literacy” a non- profit organization created in honor of her mother that supported literacy.  She got a Commercial Driver’s License and drove school buses as a substitute driver.  This offered income and time freedom as she worked only a few hours a day.  There was a short stint where she sold breakfast and vended from her “3arlybird” Food Trailer.  She also officiates basketball, volleyball and softball games.

Ms. Hatfield had found a way to create multiple streams of income and as satisfying as it was for her to be able to maintain a wonderful life with her 2 sons (ages 18 and 13) and provide for them.  She often missed many of their games, school functions and helping with homework.   She decided to hang the apron, put the theatre mask back on the wall, allowed others to transport the children to and from school and focuses on real estate and officiating.  Ms. Hatfield has a real estate license to work more in-depth with people in a different capacity and she officiates to help manage fair games for sporting activities.   She continues to build a platform toward financial freedom through her businesses and focuses on being the best version of herself by helping others to stay active, get educated and find homes.

“Do the best you can, with what you have, with where you are now.”
