Christel Magnusson Uhde - REALTOR ®
Christel treats each client’s real estate transaction like the most important thing in her life, because it’s the most important thing in their life. She treats everyone like as family, making them feel like they’re number one, and that their needs are top priority.
“My goal is to make the purchase or sale process seamless and stress-less, providing care and guidance that exceeds expectations. Communication, honesty, availability and transparency are the qualities that enhance successful relationships.”
Raised on a farm near Stockholm, Sweden, Christel began her professional life as a Retail Upper Manager after graduating college. Diverse responsibilities ranging from staffing to budgeting, marketing and administration built her solid skill set. During the year she took off to explore the U.S. as an au pair, she met her husband and stayed in the country since. Christel has lived in Texas, Indianapolis, Albuquerque, Chicago, Kansas City and Nashville over the years. She worked a professional nanny, and became “CEO” of her own household as the mother of three wonderful children.
Real estate ultimately became her passion, and her chosen profession. Christel got her sales license in Dallas in 2014 and worked with relocation clients from around the world. She subsequently moved to Austin, helping healthcare professionals find homes, and then to the Nashville area specializing in first-time home buyers, expired listings, FSBOs and relocations. She is a proud member of The Will Johnson Team at EXP Realty, and a Certified Negotiation Specialist who negotiates deals with finesse in her clientele’s best interest.
Christel and her family live in a brand new construction home in Bent Creek. She loves being a mom, to her kids and three rescue dogs who are loved and super spoiled! Over the years, Christel has been very involved with animal rescue and advocacy organizations. She has given her time to many causes that include fostering, transporting animals, changing animal laws, and educating kids and adults on how to behave around dogs.
